At five fulm eight, this pallid Keeper carries herself with a distinct air of eccentric confidence. As a purveyor of bohemian beauty Khiyo conveys her love for oddity right down to her dress. Often adorned in flamboyant, androgynous attire and sporting flowery, unorthodox accessory, the seamstress beckons attention to herself. She lives for curious eyes to preach her doctrine of beauty to.Pale as lily petals with crimson accents strewn like blood in the snow, it's not uncommon for this aesthete to protect her delicate complexion with a black lace umbrella under the oppressive sun. In contrast to the near lifeless, doll-like countenance, this tailoress is plentiful in life. Ever emotive with every word, it's difficult to catch a moment when Khiyo's hands are caught still. Through it all however this pale woman most often maintains a practiced, cordial smile with motherly eyes of a golden hue.

The proprietress works peacefully on her craft but get too friendly and risk being another mannequin to keep her company.Or so the stories go.
