Stories of a woman, pale as the winter's snow, so devoted to her craft it's as if she has the palms of Nymeia herself. It's said that her very love of twine drove this seamstress into a life of seclusion and solitude, a life where but needle and thread were her accompaniment.Tales of her patrons run with the highest of praises from handiwork to dedication to the very appeal of the beauty-driven aesthete herself. Among her antiquated shopfront nestled deep where hardly a soul dare travel, the pale one wanders as if a lingering spirit left to carry on her passion past the shackles of death. Yet, despite appearances the sanguine shade of the seamstress is anything but apparition.Those of prying, lecherous stares and thought regard the proprietress with less poetic justice. An alluring woman, shapely in the hips and saccharine in the lips that speak words of beauty laced behind a fanged devilish grin. The woman stands tall for her kind making her sharp, golden stare ever more tingling when lost deep in the calculations of her work. Work that has her elegant, spider-like fingertips dance across the skin as if the brushing of a feather often causing one's thoughts to drift from professionalism to eroticism.A pervasive thought carries in those who've had such experience and spread the rumors. Eccentric as she may be, why is her stare so predatory? Her touch so hungering?

Fittings of all types are made within the walls of the atelier, it is a seamstress' duty after all. Whether it be for a brand new garment or a repair in one's favorite trousers, the seamstress is here to assist all manner of clients with their needs. From upstanding nobles to those of less desirable repute, she does not discriminate. To be measured is an intimate process of close contact and tender breaths. Yet be warned, it is the closeness of this act that requires the most concentration. It is like she measures as a butcher sections cuts of meat, her fingers trailing the lines where the knife will land. One should not interrupt her careful craft lest they face the consequences.Not all transactions need be paid by gil. Does your character possess a special twine, unique information or other valuable oddities? Khiyo is more than willing to negotiate or even set her own terms.

Beauty comes in many different forms both traditional and not. Whether it be through dress, body modification, cosmetics it is certain to catch Khiyo's attention. Long does she yearn to meet other artists who share her passion, further yet does the aesthete wish to learn of more bohemian beauty. Little more is important to her in life, for a life without a challenge of beauty is not worth living. The seamstress will stop at nothing to pursue that endless venture.Does your character have an avant-garde idea of what makes beauty? Disturbing rumors spread as tantalizing whispers among the population of Gridania. At the center of them all is the pale seamstress and her antiquated atelier that lay nestled within in the barely traveled reaches of the Shroud. In recent moons the rumors have grown more alarming among the commonfolk with noise of kidnappings and occultic practices making way for the seamstress and her litany of dolls to grow further in number. Superstitious as they are, no Adder nor Wailer has yet opted to confront the woman instead they have begun to grovel for an outsider's help.
